United States (Primary Market): We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Some oversized or freight items may not be available for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or remote locations.

3. Shipping Costs

Domestic Freight Deliveries (High-Ticket Items): Most products (e.g., saunas, massage chairs, hyperbaric chambers) require freight delivery and may include curbside or white-glove service. Shipping fees vary based on item size, weight, and destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Standard Ground (Accessories/Smaller Items): Flat rate or free shipping thresholds may apply (as advertised on product pages).

International Orders: Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are not included at checkout.
4. Order Processing Time

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST begin processing the same business day.

Custom or Special-Order Items: May require additional lead time. Estimated timelines will be provided on product pages or during checkout.

6. Shipping Methods and Carriers

7. Delivery Methods

Curbside Delivery (Default for Freight): The carrier will deliver the product to the curb or driveway of your shipping address. The customer is responsible for moving the product indoors.

White-Glove Delivery (Optional Upgrade): Includes delivery inside your home, placement in your desired room, unpacking, and removal of packaging materials. Installation services may be available for select products. Additional fees apply.
8. Delivery Issues
8.1 Delayed or Lost Packages

If confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
8.2 Damaged Shipments

Inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt.

Note visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.

Report damages (with photos/videos) within 48 hours of delivery to support@eliterecoverywellness.com.

Resolution may include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
8.3 Missing Items

Report missing items within 7 days of delivery.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Accurate Address: Ensure your shipping address is correct. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are non-refundable.

Accessibility: For freight deliveries, confirm that your delivery location is accessible to large trucks. Additional fees may apply for remote or hard-to-reach addresses.

Delivery Appointment: Freight carriers may contact you to schedule delivery. Missed appointments may result in re-delivery fees.
10. International Customs and Duties

Customs Clearance: International shipments may require customs clearance, which can delay delivery.

Taxes and Duties: Import duties, VAT, and charges are not included in item price or shipping cost. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
