Our Pricing & How We Display Discounts

Elite Recovery Wellness sources products through authorized supplier relationships. The crossed-out "original" or "compare at" prices displayed on product pages reflect the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) as set by each brand — the same price you would pay purchasing directly from the manufacturer or other authorized retailers.

This means product pricing — including both selling prices and compare-at prices — is imported directly from our authorized supplier partners and reflects the same pricing structure used across all authorized channels.  Our sale prices represent your actual cost when purchasing through Elite Recovery Wellness. We do not artificially inflate reference prices. 

What Are "Compare-At" or "Original" Prices?

When you see a crossed-out price next to a sale price on our site — labeled "Original price" or shown with a "Save X%" badge — that crossed-out figure is the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) as established by the brand that makes the product.

The MSRP is the price at which the manufacturer recommends the product be sold across all retail channels. It is the same reference price you would see if you visited the manufacturer's own website or any other authorized retailer.

Why Are Prices Imported Automatically?
We connect with authorized resellers directly to supplier product catalogs. When a supplier updates their pricing, product descriptions, or MSRP, those changes are automatically reflected on our site.

This means we do not manually set or inflate compare-at prices. Every price displayed — including the reference "original" price — comes directly from the brand or their authorized distribution network, and reflects real-world market pricing for that product.

This system also ensures you always see accurate, up-to-date pricing without us needing to manually track and update hundreds of products across multiple brands.

Are Our Discounts Real?
Yes. When a product shows a discount on our site, it means the current selling price is genuinely below the manufacturer's suggested retail price. We do not artificially inflate reference prices to manufacture the appearance of a discount.

Discounts on our site reflect one or more of the following:

• Promotional pricing from the supplier
  The brand has authorized a temporary or ongoing promotional price below standard MSRP, which is passed through to you at the same discount.
  
  
• Authorized dealer pricing
  
  As an authorized dealer, we receive pricing that allows us to offer products below full retail MSRP while maintaining proper brand authorization.
  
  
• Clearance or end-of-line pricing
  
  For select products nearing end-of-line status, suppliers may authorize deeper discounts. These are clearly reflected in the compare-at pricing shown.

Pricing Transparency & Compliance
We are committed to honest, transparent pricing practices in compliance with FTC guidelines on promotional pricing and Google Shopping's pricing transparency requirements.

Specifically:

• Compare-at prices reflect genuine reference prices
  All crossed-out prices on our site reflect the supplier's MSRP or a formerly charged price — never an arbitrary inflated figure.
  
  
• We do not use "fake" sale pricing
  Products are not artificially marked up before being marked down. The discount shown is a real difference between the manufacturer's retail price and our current selling price.
  
  
• Prices are automatically synced from authorized sources
  Because our pricing is imported directly from suppliers, we have no financial incentive or mechanism to inflate reference prices.

Frequently Asked Questions About Pricing

• Why does the crossed-out price sometimes seem very high?
  Some recovery and wellness products — particularly cold plunge tubs, hyperbaric chambers, and infrared saunas — carry high manufacturer retail prices. The MSRP for these products is set by the brand and represents what you would pay purchasing directly. Our price as an authorized dealer reflects a genuine discount below that MSRP.
  
  
• Can I verify the MSRP against the manufacturer's website?
  Yes, and we encourage it. For any product you're considering, you can visit the manufacturer's website to confirm their published retail price. If you find a discrepancy or have a question about a specific product's pricing, please contact us and we will clarify.
  
  
• Are prices the same as buying directly from the brand?
  In many cases, our prices are the same as or lower than the manufacturer's direct pricing. As an authorized dealer, we are required to comply with each brand's Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy, which sets the floor for how low we can advertise a product.
  
  
• Do prices change often?
  Because our pricing is synced automatically from suppliers, prices can change when brands update their pricing. We recommend checking back if you're watching a product, as promotional pricing from suppliers may be time-limited.
  
  
• What if I see a lower price somewhere else?
  If you see a lower price at another retailer, we encourage you to verify that seller is an authorized dealer for that brand. Unauthorized sellers may offer lower prices by sourcing gray-market or diverted inventory, which can void your manufacturer warranty. As an authorized dealer, our pricing reflects genuine brand-approved pricing.
