Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the item, it will need to go through our standard return process. See our Return & Refund Policy.

No — prices displayed on our site do not include sales tax. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and displayed as a separate line item before you complete your purchase. You will always see the full order total, including any applicable tax, before submitting payment.

We collect sales tax in states where we have nexus as required by law. Tax-exempt organizations should contact us before ordering — see our Shipping & Tax Policy for details.

No. We do not charge handling fees, processing fees, or hidden surcharges. The only additional charges that may appear at checkout are shipping cost (free on qualifying orders $500+) and applicable sales tax based on your shipping address. Both are shown clearly at checkout before payment is submitted.

Yes. You will receive an automated order confirmation email immediately after your purchase, followed by a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships. Check your spam folder if you don't see the confirmation within a few minutes of ordering.

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $500 or more shipped to the contiguous 48 United States. Free shipping applies to parcel-eligible items. Freight items (cold plunge tubs, large saunas, hyperbaric chambers) may have freight delivery fees depending on location — this will be shown at checkout.

It depends on the product. Most smaller items ship within 1–3 business days and arrive within 5–7 business days via standard parcel carriers. Larger items that ship by freight typically have lead times of 1–6 weeks depending on the product and supplier inventory.

Cold plunge tubs, sauna cabins, hyperbaric chambers, and large massage chairs ship via freight (LTL) carrier rather than standard parcel. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Standard freight delivery is curbside (end of driveway or building entrance). Inside delivery and room-of-choice placement are available for an additional fee — contact us to arrange.

Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect packaging for visible damage and note any issues on the receipt.

We primarily ship within the contiguous 48 United States. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may be available for some items with additional shipping charges — contact us for a quote before ordering. We do not currently ship internationally.

First check around your delivery location — carriers sometimes leave packages in less visible spots. Also check with neighbors and your building manager if applicable. If the package is still not found, contact us within 5 business days at sales@eliterecoverywellness.com or (602) 536-6593 and we will open a carrier investigation and arrange a resolution.

Returns are accepted on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in original, unused condition with all original packaging. Some product categories — including built-to-order sauna cabins, opened hyperbaric chambers, and items explicitly marked as final sale — may not be eligible for return.

Contact us before shipping anything back — do not return items without authorization. Email sales@eliterecoverywellness.com or call (602) 536-6593 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed.

For items returned due to defect, damage, or our error, we cover return shipping costs. For buyer's remorse or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Freight items (cold plunge tubs, saunas, etc.) involve significant return freight costs — please review the product before purchasing if you have any uncertainty.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear in your account.

Yes. All products sold by Elite Recovery Wellness carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product — specific warranty information is listed on each product page. Typical warranty periods range from 1 year to lifetime coverage depending on the brand and component.

Because we are an authorized dealer for every brand we carry, all manufacturer warranties are fully valid on products purchased from us. Gray-market or unauthorized reseller purchases often void manufacturer warranties — ours do not.

Warranty claims can be filed directly with the manufacturer or through us. Contact us at sales@eliterecoverywellness.com or (602) 536-6593 with your order number and a description of the issue. We will help you navigate the warranty process with the manufacturer.

It depends on the brand and product. Some manufacturers offer separate residential and commercial warranties, with commercial-grade products carrying warranty coverage specifically for high-use environments. We will help you select products with appropriate commercial warranty coverage for your use case.

If you're purchasing for a gym, clinic, or commercial facility, mention this when inquiring — we'll make sure to recommend products with commercial-rated warranties. Contact our commercial team.

When you buy from an authorized dealer, you get valid manufacturer warranty (purchases from unauthorized resellers often void warranty entirely), genuine products (no gray-market or refurbished), manufacturer support (you can contact the brand directly for service), and legitimate pricing (authorized dealers sell at or above MAP).

Elite Recovery Wellness is an authorized dealer for every brand we carry. We can provide proof of authorized dealer status upon request.

Most brands in this space have MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies — any retailer selling significantly below the standard market price is likely selling gray-market, refurbished, or unauthorized inventory. The risks include voided manufacturer warranty, no manufacturer service or parts support, potentially counterfeit or previously returned product, and no recourse if something goes wrong post-purchase.

No. Purchasing with financing does not affect your product warranty or your eligibility for returns under our standard return policy. The warranty terms are the same regardless of payment method.

Most of our cold plunge tubs with active chillers reach temperatures as low as 37–40°F (3–4°C), depending on the model and ambient temperature. The specific temperature range for each unit is listed on the product page. Ice bath tubs without active chilling rely on ice and ambient temperature — actual water temperature depends on ice volume and ambient conditions.

Far infrared (FIR) saunas emit wavelengths in the 5–15 micron range, which penetrate tissue deeply and are associated with detoxification, circulation, and pain relief. Most entry and mid-range infrared saunas are far infrared only.

Full-spectrum infrared saunas emit near, mid, and far infrared wavelengths. Near infrared is associated with skin health and cellular repair; mid infrared with cardiovascular benefits; far infrared with deeper tissue and detox. Full-spectrum is generally considered the more comprehensive option.

It depends on the product. Smaller 1–2 person saunas often plug into a standard 120V outlet. Larger saunas and most cold plunge chillers require a 240V dedicated circuit — similar to a dryer outlet. Full electrical specifications are listed on each product page and in the manufacturer's installation documentation, which we can provide before purchase.

We recommend consulting a licensed electrician before purchasing any hardwired equipment to confirm your space can accommodate the required circuit.

Some products are rated for outdoor use, others are indoor-only. Our outdoor sauna cabin collection is specifically designed for outdoor installation. Cold plunge tubs vary by model — some are outdoor-rated with weather-resistant construction, others are designed for indoor or covered spaces only. Product pages specify indoor/outdoor rating.

Yes. We carry Cryomed cryotherapy equipment — one of the most respected names in whole-body cryotherapy.

Cryomed One & Pro (Cryosaunas): Open-top single-person whole-body cryotherapy units that expose the body to extremely cold air (as low as −170°C) for 2–3 minute sessions. The head remains outside the unit.

Cryomed Pro M: A medical-certified cryosauna suitable for clinical environments, sports medicine practices, and medically supervised recovery settings.

Cryofan: A localized cryotherapy device for targeted spot treatment of specific body areas without full-body immersion.

We are an authorized dealer for Finnish Sauna Builders, who offer two types of authentic traditional Finnish sauna products — distinct from infrared saunas:

Pre-Cut Sauna Kits: Custom-cut Western Red Cedar interior components manufactured to your exact room dimensions. The kit arrives ready for your contractor to assemble inside an existing framed room. Heater purchased separately (we carry Harvia).

Pre-Built Sauna Rooms: Fully built in the Finnish Sauna Builders woodshop, then disassembled and shipped to your site for re-assembly. Available in indoor and outdoor configurations.

Both use cold exposure for recovery, but they work differently and suit different use cases:

Cold Plunge (water-based): Full-body immersion in cold water, typically 37–55°F. Sessions of 2–10 minutes. Strong whole-body physiological response — reduces muscle soreness, post-exercise inflammation, and promotes recovery. The water conducts cold very efficiently.

Cryotherapy (air-based): Exposure to extremely cold air (−200°F to −300°F / −130°C to −185°C) for 2–3 minutes. The cold is intense but the session is brief. Associated with pain relief, inflammation reduction, and mood benefits.

Many serious recovery practitioners use both — they activate different physiological responses and complement each other.
